High-Precision Part Machining
Leveraging cutting-edge equipment including five-axis CNC machining centers, precision grinding machines, and three-coordinate measuring systems, we deliver micron-level machining for complex components with dimensional accuracy of ±0.002mm and surface roughness Ra≤0.08μm. Capable of processing materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, and engineering ceramics, our solutions meet the stringent requirements of semiconductor equipment, high-end machine tools, and aerospace applications. Both machining efficiency and yield rates are industry-leading.
Robotic Parts Manufacturing
The robotic parts manufacturing specializes in processing core components for industrial and collaborative robots, including joint modules, reducer accessories, and end-effector parts. Capable of both mass production and customized manufacturing, it strictly adheres to the robotics industry's standards for high precision, rigidity, and wear resistance. The processed parts are directly compatible with robot assembly without secondary adjustments, having served leading robotics enterprises worldwide.
Precision Motion Platforms & Modules
We independently develop and manufacture high-precision linear motion platforms, cross-motion platforms, rotary motion platforms, and various linear motion modules. These systems achieve positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.001mm, featuring low noise, high load capacity, long stroke, and maintenance-free operation. Our products are widely used in semiconductor automation equipment, testing instruments, laser processing equipment, and 3C automated production lines. Customizable features include stroke length, load capacity, and drive modes (servo/stepper) to meet specific customer requirements.
Motor Core Mold Division
The motor core mold division specializes in R&D and manufacturing of core molds for electric motors, covering all categories including new energy vehicle drive motor cores, industrial servo motor cores, home appliance motor cores, and special-purpose motor cores. The mold cavity dimensions achieve ±0.002mm precision, with punching clearance uniformity ≤0.001mm. Under standard operating conditions, the molds demonstrate a service life of ≥3 million cycles and a core stacking factor of ≥0.97. Capable of processing silicon steel sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 0.5mm, these molds help customers enhance production efficiency and core quality in motor manufacturing.

We are equipped with a comprehensive set of precision machining equipment (11 multi-axis CNC machines, 4 wire-cut EDM machines, 2 lathes, 2 precision surface grinders, 3 milling machines, etc.) and high-precision testing equipment (3 coordinate measuring machines, 3 height gauges, 1 2D vision measuring machine, etc.). In addition to our existing robot parts and precision motion platforms, we also provide customized manufacturing services based on customers' drawings or samples. The process starts with in-depth pre-project communication: after product specifications are confirmed, we will send a pre-production sample for approval, and mass production will only begin after customer confirmation. We implement strict quality control throughout production, with prompt countermeasures for any quality issues – our product quality and production efficiency are among the industry's top tier.
