Our Humanoid Robot Dexterous Hand Components feature 4 DOF per finger (abduction/adduction, MCP, PIP, DIP joints) and 2 DOF for thumb, enabling 22 degrees of freedom total. This human-like articulation allows manipulation of objects of various shapes, sizes and weights with natural movement patterns (90% human hand motion coverage).


Lightweight High-Strength Materials

Precision machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy (ultimate tensile strength 572 MPa), carbon fiber composite (strength-to-weight ratio 4x steel) and Grade 5 titanium alloy for load-bearing joints, achieving 800g total weight with 5N pinch force capacity.


Micro-Precision Transmission System

Advanced micro-gear transmission (0.3 module precision ground gears) with PTFE coating (coefficient of friction 0.04) on all moving surfaces, ensuring minimal backlash (<0.005°) and smooth operation with force sensing resolution of 0.1N for delicate object manipulation.
